After Party
After the race, join your friends, family, other runners and walkers and race volunteers under the oaks on Duke University’s East Campus for food, music and kids’ activities.
Food
Local restaurants will provide free samples of their favorite sweet and savory menu items. See the list of food vendors below.
Kids
Activities for kids will include a fun run (about ¼ mile), art projects and letter writing for sick kids at Duke Children’s Hospital, and other fun events led by Duke University’s Student Physical Education Council.

Hotels
A block of rooms has been reserved under “Florence Forth Race” at the Hampton Inn which is located at 1542 N Gregson St. Durham, NC 27701; (919) 688-8880.
Two other hotels in the area include the downtown Durham Marriott and the King’s Daughters Inn. No blocks have been reserved at these hotels.
Parking
Parking for the race will be Duke University’s Smith Warehouse with at 114 S. Buchanan Blvd, Durham. See the map below for parking, registration area and start/finish. Click on map icons and colored lines / polygons for additional information.
NOTE: The parking area is about 1/4 mile from the start finish area. Follow signs to the Registration Area once parked (the lavender line on the map).

Vendors
